Picturefill AngularJS directive

This AngularJS directive extends Scott Jehl's picturefill plugin so that it can work with AngularJS.

It works with static and dynamic images.

The image is a photo I took of a tasty steak sandwich. Resize the window to see the image change based on media queries.
